Daddy Loves Mommy!

Lots of water was falling from the sky for a long time. If the water wasnt coming down in the morning, mommy would let me run next to her on the wheels. But on the days when daddy was suppose to take me out, the water just kept coming down. So I just meditated all day. Yesterday, when we woke up the bright light in the sky was out, so last night, mommy took me out for sniffies and a good run. This morning mommy and I agreed that the sky is barkaful! And we can see all kinds of white stuff on the mounds that surround our territory. Mommy says it is a good thing that white stuff is far away, or we wouldnt be able to go anywhere. My friend Kasha had to wear funny boots to go out potty in the white stuff. I dont think I would be happy with that.

We have a tree in our yard that grows yellow balls. When the water was falling from the sky real hard, mommy decided to keep gramma busy, but having her squeeze all the yellow balls to make a refreshment for them. So mommy talked daddy into getting wet and bringing in a lot of yellow balls for them. Daddy asked "Are you crazy?" Mommy said "Well, do YOU have anything for gramma to do to keep her busy?" So out he went. I was worried, so I followed him out, but then saw how bad the water was coming down. So I stayed in the dry area and kept an eye on him.

Daddy also told me that with all the water falling from the sky, my big water bowl is starting to overflow. I dont think I will EVER be able to drink ALL that water!

Daddy sounds lioke a very good daddy indeed! Always good to keep grammas busy or who know what trouble they would get into. It is rainy here too today but we have no mounds here in florida and definitely no snow!

It is funny how the hu-dads understand the need to do as they are told sometimes - grins. But, Sasha, we think you were smart to supervise from the dry area.

What a good daddy. We had big rain here today and the yard got super muddy and slippery from the ice. I had to stay inside too and momma went really slow on walkies with PeeWee.

Hope you can find amusements and not get cabin fever.

P.S. Is that a tennis ball tree?

Funny things on your feet are not so bad - it means you get to romp and play in the funny white stuff and still feel your feet later. I hear you about meditating with the wet stuff coming down. We get too much of that stuff here, too, and it means life can be really boring. Good thing my mommy keeps lots of toys around and doesn't get too upset when I zoom-zoom around the house.

Hey there!
We had tons of rain here too! But it was the freezing kind. Soo cold. It washed away alot of the snow :( The good news is there was some sand to dig in down at the park I go to so that was fun!

Hi Sasha,

Sorry you are getting all that rain...do you have a raincoat? Ssshhh don't tell my mom about them next thing you know I'll have a yellow rain slicker and rain boots instead of snow boots...I tell you she's nutso..Ha roo!

Mom wants to know do you have a lemon tree in your yard? If yes, that is too cool..fresh fruit right outside your door. I think she wants to move someplace warm.
